TAG was formed by a group of established professionals, and entrepreneurs in the wireless industry. The ownership group includes financial and operating executives from a number of highly successful public and private companies, attorneys and investment bankers.

The Officers of TAG are:

  • David L. Ginter, President and CEO – Mr. Ginter is a founding member and President of Tower Access Group. Mr. Ginter has spent the last 13 years in various management positions with regional and national wireless carriers where he managed the build-out of numerous markets in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic region. He also served as General Manager for a wireless communications construction and construction management firm.
  • Donald A. Reed, Vice President – Mr. Reed is a founding member and Vice President of Development for Tower Access Group. Mr Reed has 20 years experience in the wireless industry. He has held Senior Management positions with regional and national U.S. carriers where he managed all aspects of Network Engineering and Operations.
  • Richie L. Pennington, Vice President – Mr. Pennington is a founding member and Vice President of Operations for Tower Access Group. Mr. Pennington has 14 years of experience in the wireless industry. He has held several management positions with carriers large and small managing all aspects of site development and tower operations.

The principals have spent the last 20+ years designing, developing and managing wireless networks culminating with over 3000 sites and 10 switch centers in the Southeast and Mid Atlantic regions of the country including Kentucky, Tennessee, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Pennsylvania and Ohio.

Our experience includes financial oversight for and the implementation of cell site and switch builds, DAS, microwave network expansions, system integrations, site acquisition, zoning and regulatory including NEPA and SHPO.
